Another question, is the Audio Level from the monitored station into the
Endec set proper?

What does the log say?  When you look at the stored log on the LCD, what
does it say for the RMTs and RWTs?  Does the printer work for anything?
Have you checked the location codes?  Have you verified the filters are set
correctly?  Do you have it set for 'Log All' so it should print everything
it hears?  That is helpful in troubleshooting.  Is the problem with only one
station, or from all sources?  Are you getting alerts or tests from NWS?  Is
there another strong station you can hook another receiver up to for awhile
and see if you get any of their tests?

Those are some starter questions I can think of.  Let us know what you find.
