Nautel has such that you can buy with their transmitter.
An engineer should have regulation in front of any transmitter
anyway. Most power companies do NOT provide "clean" power. It
fluctuates all over the place. I have never heard of a power company
providing clean power unless their customer was willing to pay extra for that
every month. You could buy a lot of regulation for what they might
charge.
