Yes you can, as long as these search providers are endorsed or owned by
Microsoft.
*Warning*
Adding third party search providers is a violation of Microsoft's civil
trademarks and can result in legal prosecutions of all those involved.
Also note that Windows will also periodically reboot or crash every 5
minutes if you attempt to add Google.com to the Search providers list.
